- Diverse caseload. Predominantly neuro rehab and neurodivergence. Also, include dysphagia management and AAC. Support to develop the skill set to work with complex cases. Working with various funders and service delivery models from 1:1 direct therapy, family support, and team consultation.

- Speech Pathology qualification or currently studying speech pathology.
- Eligible for membership with Speech Pathology Australia.
- Own car and driver's license.
- We need to tick some boxes, too! WWC, police check (or the ability to obtain one)
- Medicare provider number (or ability to obtain one)
- Provide meaningful, goal-focused, and person-driven speech pathology services.
- Use clinical observations and formal assessments to interpret findings and formulate treatment goals with the people we work with.
- Assessment and review reports advocating for people to get the appropriate and timely support.
- Support and education to people we work with, their families, and support services.
- Collaborate with other professionals for a thorough assessment, planning, education, and advocacy.
- Participation in routine formal supervision.
- Keeping accurate and timely records.
