AddressWe are on the hunt for a Sponsorship & Events Leader to join our team in Victoria on a full-time permanent basis. In this role you will be tasked with developing regional Sponsorship & Events strategies that help build positive relationships with customers and consumers.
This exciting leadership position provides leadership to one direct report through planning, implementing, leveraging, and evaluating our events and sponsorship properties according to brand objectives and aligned to our national sponsorship strategy.
What will your typical day involve?
• Manage relationships with market shaping customers across a range of properties including stadiums, racetracks, sporting clubs and festivals.
• Manage sponsorship contract performance, re-negotiation, and issue resolution.
• Always be on the hunt for potential growth and development opportunities within current and new customers.
• You will be an absolute brand and company advocate – delivering growth through on-point and determined Sponsorship & event execution.
• Work with and collaborate effectively as a part of the wider Sales and Marketing Team
• Manage and maintain the state sponsorship and event planning schedule and analyse ROI post every event.
• Embrace a continuous improvement mindset creating an environment that demonstrates the ability to think differently and deliver on simplicity and sustainability.

• Demonstrated experience using Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel will set you up for success in this role.
