This position coordinates the club development portfolio, overseeing andcollaborating with our communities through motivational initiatives and out ofthe box engagement.

Are you adynamic and enthusiastic individual who thrives on being out in the communityrather than behind a desk? This position plays a vital role in strengtheningclub and group participation. Our ideal candidate will have the requiredqualifications, as well as developed knowledge of club governance, fundingprocesses and sustainability. Previous experience undertaking this type of rolewithin regional communities will also be highly regarded.

You willbe an effective communicator with great negotiation skills and ability to buildrelationships with a diverse range of individuals.

We offerexcellent working conditions and a competitive remuneration package includingsuperannuation matching, annual allowances, and six weeks annual leave. Allterms and conditions are as per the Shire of Ashburton Enterprise Agreement2022.
