Are you ready to rock the future with us?About the jobWe are looking for a dedicated, energetic and experienced National Key Account Manager to join our team on a full-time basis located in our Brisbane office.

As well as having experience in a similar role, some responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Maintain business with assigned national accounts , lead in business and performance reviews (MBR,QBR), be able to identify service issues and allocate the right resource for improvement, demonstrate detailed service to meet the requirements of customersGenerate new sales opportunities from existing customers, achieve yearly growth target of strategic accountsFollow the tender management process, conduct competition environment analysis and negotiation strategy in alignment with products.Support the development of national business, especially auto vertical, priority LCL with multi-model freight products, develop related solutions with product team.Manage AR process, including due date and credit limitationsFor Key Accounts in own book of business: Prepare, execute, monitor and continuously improve account strategies/development plans/business plansFor Key Accounts in own book of business: Conduct sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes and prepare corresponding reports on account statusFor Key Accounts in own book of business: Deliver personal sales plan in CRM and Corporate PlannerWorking with the operational and solutions team, develop operationally, commercially attractive solutions that exceed customer expectationsAdhere with and execute sales strategy and sales as provided by global/regional/country sales leadershipAdhere with and execute binding guidelines and standards on sales-related structures and processesDefine succession/replacement, recruiting and personnel development needs for disciplinary direct reports and coordinate with HRSupport Products in enhancement of product/service portfolio and corresponding pricing (e.g. identify business opportunities based on customer needs feedback, deliver commercial feedback from market/customers to Products)Drive and support Products regarding individual product design for customerCreate written offers and offer/service presentations for the customer in alignment with ProductsFor Key Accounts in own book of business: Ensure acquisition of new target customers and enhancement of existing customer relationships with the goal to retain and expand HWL businessFor Key Accounts in own book of business: Generate tender leads and support timely delivery of compelling and value generating proposalsIdentify and convert sales opportunities in collaboration with Products (e.g. determine the customer's requirements, conduct customer workshops, drive opportunity assessment to ensure most promising leads are being pursued)For Key Accounts in own book of business: Deliver a multiple return on TCoE as defined in individual incentive schemeFor Key Accounts in own book of business: Maintain effective customer records in CRM system (opportunities, visits etc.)For Key Accounts in own book of business: Negotiate contracts within commercial and operational parameters defined by Product and in close alignment with Products and Geos (e.g. involvement of operational managers responsible for coordinating and fine-tunFor Key Accounts in own book of business: Ensure renegotiation of prices if necessary (triggered by Product; within boundaries given by product)For Key Accounts in own book of business: Serve as an escalation level for commercial and operational customer issues and assist with challenging client requests, as neededSupport local sales activities at SME customers within own area of expertise (e.g. transfer of industry-specific knowledge, attendance at client meetings)Coordinate with product to clearly communicate the progress of monthly/ quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholdersOther tasks and responsibilities which may be assigned as and when required by Hellmann AU managementCustomer service is crucial in this role which means you will need to exercise a level of professionalism and understanding when it comes to customer needs.About youWe will help you be successful in this role.
