Our Financial Advisory team has the depth and technical expertise and breadth of industry knowledge to solve complex problems, and deliver solutions from idea through to execution. We deliver integrated solutions through our market leading capabilities in Deals, Energy Transition, Legal, PwC Private and Tax, blending technical skills and strategy to advise our internal functions and teams with spectacular results. And our team is expanding. We're looking for a HR Senior Business Partner to work alongside People Leaders and the business Leadership Team to shape and drive the people strategy - including talent management, diversity and inclusion and people experience, within our vast community of solvers.
With new problems to solve, you'll have plenty of support and opportunities to grow. We work from anywhere, so your strong communication skills and team ethos will get a workout. You'll learn plenty as you lead strategic Financial Advisory people priority projects in a workplace that's human-led and tech-enabled.
As an expert in Human Capital and people related strategies, you'll solve problems by escalating and providing oversight and support to complex people matters. In our Financial Advisory team, you'll also:
Be the key driver of signature people activities such as performance and talent processes as well as workforce design Unlock the potential capability of senior leaders and the business teams they work with, and build a trusted and value-add relationship Partner with business leaders to identify, advocate and enable projects that drive commercial culture and improve organisational effectiveness and business performance Monitor progress against the people plan, providing regular data, analytics and insights to inform and shape business decisions Partner with Firmwide colleagues and Centres Of Excellence Coach and manage the workload of portfolio aligned Business Partners More About You You have a background in transformation and change experience within large, complex organisations and are skilled in providing strategic and commercial advice to senior level stakeholders and hold a strong understanding of executing on Human Capital and people related strategies You are passionate about being at the forefront of change, you're ready to help our Financial Advisory team deliver practical advice that speaks straight to the heart of client business issues and deliver innovative results You're collaborative and enjoy working in a collaborative environment. You're a problem solver by nature and want to join a firm that values the kind of people who reimagine the possible for their clients and stakeholders You act with integrity and show care for the people you work with You have a strong commercial acumen and strategic focus through an understanding of contemporary people and culture issues You are comfortable leading and operating in ambiguity and are known for strong ethics and judgment You have developed strong influencing skills and have a track record of supporting and advising clients This role will provide coverage for an employee who is on parental leave for 18 months.
