S&S Coordinator - Rehabilitation And Wellbeing - Remote

The role will require local site visits around Melbourne, however the role does not need to sit in Clayton.

Responsibilities

Manage the RTW process to ensure injured workers return to pre-injury duties by demonstrating CARE and ensuring cases are managed in accordance with DuluxGroup values and behaviours and relevant legislative requirements.

• Ensure consistent workers' compensation and injury management procedures are in place across all sites
• Provide medical advice to S&S, Occ Health, PCC and (HR) line managers to best manage work and non-work-related injuries
• Liaise with insurance case managers, treaters and GPs to query diagnosis, prognosis and progress
• Monitoring return to work and injury management across assigned businesses
• Provide accurate and current RTW updates during internal and external claim reviews

Skills & Experience

• Experience in RTW and/or claims management
• Preferred Diploma/Degree in WHS, Human Resources, Business, Allied Health but not critical
• 2+ years’ experience in injury management and return to work for work-related and non-work related cases
• Practical experience working across multiple workers compensation jurisdictions.
• Trained return to work coordinator.
