The exciting opportunity:
- Six month contract role where you can choose to work three, four or five days a week
- Organise your own schedule and travel across aged care facilities, predominantly in the Perth metro area
- Support the delivery of best practice care by developing staff capability
- Plan, coordinate and evaluate clinical and non-clinical learning
- Deliver formal and informal education, both in person and online
- Interpret audit results and continuous improvement plans to ascertain what training is required at each facility
- Support Managers to identify the skills gaps and learning needs of staff, and create and implement an education plan to address them
- Develop toolboxes that are in line with legislation, resident needs and organisational purpose
- Lead special education projects to ensure staff understand the strengthened aged care standards

- Full registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
- Experience in a Clinical Educator, Clinical Nurse Manager, or other training focused role in aged care
- Proven track record developing and delivering high quality and contemporary education to staff
- Supportive, collaborative and a passion for providing education and training to achieve best practice
- Calm, compassionate, friendly, adaptable and able to manage conflicting priorities
