Country Nursing and Midwifery Incentive Program

About the OPPORTUNITY

We currently have 1.00 FTE to fill on a Permanent Full time or Permanent Part time basis.

Part Time hours will be negotiated with the manager to meet the operational requirements for this role.

WACHS Goldfields are currently looking to appoint experienced Staff Development Nurses to actively be involved in the professional development of all nursing and other staff in relation to the full range of clinical issues, with an emphasis on clinical development and the training elements of clinical risk management. Whilst the positions are based in Kalgoorlie our education responsibilities stretch across the Goldfields Region.

About You

The successful applicant will have:

  • Demonstrated experience as a nurse in a range of clinical practice contexts relevant to the position
  • Experience in staff education and training.
  • Demonstrated sound communication skills.
