About the OPPORTUNITY
We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Staff Development Nurse to support Nursing Staff Development in the Central Great Southern.
This is a rewarding and interesting role where you will:

• Plan, implement and evaluate training and development activities to meet demonstrated learning needs of staff, new employees and students.
• Develop and present training sessions in response to identified learning needs, utilising evidence-based practice
• Provide a high standard of clinical supervision for students and graduates

• Excellent interpersonal skills including high level presentation, oral & written communication skills, negotiation, supervision, and report writing
• Demonstrated ability to plan, deliver and evaluate education programs
• Demonstrated knowledge of quality and accreditation processes
• Demonstrated knowledge and application of adult learning principles
