The Country Nursing & Midwifery incentive program is available to new and existing nurses and midwives - across a broad range of patient-facing roles - on fixed term or permanent contracts at 76 select locations. Eligible nurses and midwives can receive between $5,000 and $17,000 in support over 12 months.

About the REGION
About the OPPORTUNITY
We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Staff Development Nurse to support Nursing Staff Development in the Central Great Southern.
This is a rewarding and interesting role where you will:
Plan, implement and evaluate training and development activities to meet demonstrated learning needs of staff, new employees and students.
Develop and present training sessions in response to identified learning needs, utilising evidence-based practice
Provide a high standard of clinical supervision for students and graduates

To be successful in this role, you will have:
Excellent interpersonal skills including high level presentation, oral & written communication skills, negotiation, supervision, and report writing
Demonstrated ability to plan, deliver and evaluate education programs
Demonstrated knowledge of quality and accreditation processes
Demonstrated knowledge and application of adult learning principles
