Since 2000, Bodycare Workplace Solutions have been the market leader in the delivery of occupational health solutions to workforces around Australia and New Zealand. We partner with companies to provide them with tailored onsite injury prevention, OHS consulting services and health assessments.
What does the role entail?
Based in our South Melbourne offices and a valued member of our Onsite Injury Prevention team, your role will involve delivering critical staffing coordination to our team of Physiotherapists and Osteopaths across Australia.
You’ll be expected to be able to:
Manage leave and shift coordination of our onsite team.
Develop rosters and improving utilisation of staff.
Engage with external stakeholders to ensure adequate support onsite.
Organise inductions and onboarding of all new onsite staff.
Network with external clinics/locums to ensure business commitments are met.
Ensure rosters are correctly updated in the system, and changes are communicated adequately within the team.
Assist in offboarding of onsite staff.
Skills & Experience we are looking for!
Previous experience in rostering, scheduling and resource planning essential.
A love for problem solving & ability to think outside the box.
Strong communication & interpersonal skills
Proven ability to manage multiple and competing priorities.
Driven, energetic and organised with a flexible working attitude.
Ability to work independently but also within a team.
Proactivity to identify opportunity to improve and refine processes.
Prior experience implementing new scheduling processes and frameworks ideal but not essential.
