The Company
Our client is a leading not-for-profit organisation who provide support to families in Australia who are living in crisis. This wonderful company is based in Collingwood, close to shops, cafes, car parking and public transport.
The Role
Reporting to the Asset Manager, you will primarily responsible for managing the company's vehicles and work closely with administration team.
Duties include:
- Schedule and coordinate fleet maintenance and repairs
- Work with external vendors, including mechanics and dealerships
- Maintain a Fleet register
- Assist with Fleet purchases and replacements including full vehicle setup
- Processing Insurance claims
- Completing regular internal audits across the fleet to ensure company standards are being met
- Ensure compliance across all fleet such as insurance, registration, permits and servicing is up to date
- Provide back up support for the administration team
What you will need to succeed?
- Demonstrated experience in a fleet coordination/controller/management position within a fast paced environment
- Excellent internal and external stakeholder management skills
- Strong MS Office and problem solving skills
- Positive attitude and strong initiative who works well within a team environment
- A current drivers license
