Cox Purtell is currently working with a Global property development business, specialising in student accommodation across Australia. They're seeking a driven, motivated and passionate Marketing and Events Coordinator to play a leading role in their exciting new phase of growth and expansion across several major cities in Australia.

They're seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to join the student accommodation arm of their business as a Marketing and Events Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for organizing and managing marketing events and sponsored events (onsite and offsite) to promote their student accommodation properties and drive the lease-renewal strategy.

This is a super exciting role for a driven self-starter to progress their career in the world of Marketing & commerce - it's an autonomous stand-alone role with loads of development and career progression opportunities, as well as many opportunities to travel the country, and further a field to Singapore.

This is the perfect role for someone in the early stages of their career to gain great exposure and ownership within a significant growth sector for the business, reporting to the General Manager based in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organizing and managing marketing events and sponsored events (onsite and offsite) to promote their student accommodation properties.
• Focus on promoting and driving lease renewals at peak renewal times.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team and external partners to ensure the successful planning, execution, and evaluation of these events.
• Manage special on-site projects - primary focus of this role is to manage the re-branding of their new student accommodation property in Adelaide.
• Coordinate with all stakeholders involved and ensure that the implementation and transition to a new brand is seamless and smooth.
• Assist in developing key insights about student residents/customer profiles through interviews and assist the marketing team with various on-site marketing activities.

Essential Competencies:

• Emerging professionals with 2-4 years of experience.
• Track record in marketing events coordination.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Self-driven personality - management based in Singapore.
• Travelling is required, and the successful candidate should be happy to travel inter-state as required. Some stays on-site at the properties may also be required.
