What you’ll do
The role of the State Deployment Manager is to lead the delivery activity of proactive services to stores. The role will partner with and provide deployment progress updates to the State FM Manager and Supermarkets Operations team in-store team.
Supporting the development of store task planners and managing the overall setup across the group of stores to ensure success for the team
Undertake effective recruitment of team members for new deployment stores
Execution of solid plans and routines for team selection, recruitment, rostering, payroll and training are undertaken
Deliver the end-to-end elements of store services delivery through routine store tours and identifying and prioritising activities, looking for opportunities to develop and coach the team
Reporting and actioning of any service requirements for machinery and equipment are carried out.
Accountable for a safe site for everyone, every day by implementing and evaluating safe work practices, improving safety
Be responsible for onboarding and training of the team.
What you’ll bring
A minimum of two years experience in a similar role preferably with commercial or supermarket experience
Able to navigate complex work environments and teams to deliver outcomes
Strong leadership experience across diverse teams in multi-site locations
Previous stakeholder management experience and ability to establish and maintain strong relationships
Experience or Knowledge of essential services, refrigeration, air conditioning, or electrical systems (highly regarded).
