With over two decades of experience, the company is the leading supplier of water trucks and equipment rentals for Southeast Queensland Civil Construction and Landscaping sectors, offering services from the Gold Coast to the Sunshine Coast and everywhere in between.
Key Responsibilities:
As the State Manager, you will assume leadership of our NSW team, exercising comprehensive oversight of all business operations. Your responsibilities will encompass, but are not limited to:
- Ensuring all operations adhere to health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Monitoring financial performance, including revenue, expenses, and profitability.
- Developing and executing comprehensive sales and marketing strategies.
- Completing tender and pre-qualification documents accurately and on time, maintaining records of all tender processes and outcomes.
- Overseeing equipment scheduling for optimal utilisation and efficiency.
- Identifying new business opportunities to drive sales and growth.
- Identifying opportunities for cost savings and improving financial efficiency.
What We’re Looking For:
We're looking for someone with a proven track record in managing operations and leading teams, preferably in the construction or heavy equipment industry. The ideal candidate will have:
