Fashion Biz is an international wholesaler of innovatively designed, quality apparel. We distribute our garments through several channels including agencies, promotional companies, embellishers, uniform specialists and retailers.
Fashion Biz distributes several stock service apparel brands to the uniform, promotional and workwear industry. We oversee all aspects including design, manufacture, marketing and distribution of those Brands -: Biz Collection, Biz Corporates, Syzmik Workwear and Biz Care.
Due to a recent resignation, we are seeking the services of a sales professional to fill the role of State Sales Manager for SA/NT based in Adelaide.

The successful candidate will be commercially savvy, dedicated, results driven and be ready to hit the ground running. With a strong focus on customer service, the Sales Manager will have exceptional time management skills, have sound communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Proficiency with MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, CRM etc is expected.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Planning and directing the activities of our SA Sales Team, ensuring all staff are motivated to meet and/or exceed sales targets.
- Negotiating major deals within policy guidelines, maintaining contact with key clients, and identifying and steering opportunities for business development.
- Providing leadership and direction to our Sales Team, aligning sales activities with the broader business plan.
- Regularly reporting actual performance to budget, with variance analyses and forecast projections.
- Looking after major accounts and overseeing major accounts sales growth.
- Contributing to the setting of sales strategies and related sales and expense budgets.
- Understanding clients’ objectives, buying criteria and decision-making processes.
- Forming lasting partnerships with Preferred Partner members.
- Garner feedback to assist our Brand Managers with range development.
- Organising and attending trade shows and functions.
- Conduct employee performance appraisals.
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills:
- B2B solutions selling with 3 – 5 years minimum experience at management level.
- Proven sales record, with outstanding Negotiation, Communication, Time Management and Business Development skills.
- Expert Industry knowledge coupled with the ability to deal with clients of all levels.
- A relentless focus on delivering results.
- Staff management and leadership experience.
This is a permanent opportunity based out of our Adelaide office and includes travel to NT and other states multiple times per year.
The position will report to our National Sales Manager.
