Responsibilities:
- Undertake regular store visits to assess VM setup (including marketing and promotional activity, seasonal programs, and planograms) against established standards.
- Identify gaps, and provide systematic coaching and feedback to improvement and maintain consistent VM standards
- Identify talent and build capability within the store network to embed the capability for high quality, consistent VM standards in store.
- Build and lead a project team to undertake re-lays, merchandising initiatives and new store openings.
- Contribute to the development of documentation and training materials that sets VM standards across stores.
Preferred Experience/Qualifications:
- At least 2 years demonstrated experience in a retail VM role
- Microsoft Office and design programs such as Sketchup /Photoshop
