The RoleAs our Planning Administration Officer, you’ll support our Statutory Planning team to deliver Planning outcomes that contribute to the ongoing liveability and sustainability of Latrobe City and you'll do it with our community front of mind.
About YouYou will harness your customer service and organisation skills to provide administrative support to the Statutory Planning team and provide effective and efficient engagement with key stakeholders. You will also:Maximise efficiency of Councils systems and processes to ensure the effective and efficient delivery of Planning ServicesProcess of requests, enquiries, complaints and applications
Timely completion of reporting requirements
Maintenance of departmental resources.You'll need:Great interpersonal and customer service skills with the ability to communicate with a wide range of people.Attention to detail and accuracy skills
Demonstrated experience in an office administration role. Adaptability, initiative and a commitment to continuous improvement. The desire to excel!
