About the Role
You will be providing outstanding customer service and care to Scrubs Nursing Agency members and clients. Working within the allocations team your main responsibilities will be looking after theatre, specialist, general hospital and aged care bookings across the system database. You will be coordinating with various other departments to ensure smooth and consistent operations and maintaining administrative duties with the support and directive of management.
This role will suit a candidate with strong organizational skills. You will be required to work under pressure and utilise critical thinking and clear communication strategies to ensure a high level of support and service to healthcare members and clients engaging with our company.
Hours
- Permanent positions- working across a continuous 5 on, 5 off roster.
- Permanent position-x3 night shifts Thursday, Friday, Saturday nights 2200-0730, must also have availability for a weekly AM or PM shift
Main Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Assigning and coordinating nursing staff to various shifts and placement within healthcare facilities
- Matching skills and availability of healthcare staff with client need
- Under management directive; maintaining accurate records of placement and shifts
- Administration duties
- Microsoft office and emails
- Providing a high level of customer service to all members and clients engaging with Scrubs Nursing Agency
- Answering inbound and making outbound calls
Essential Demonstrated Experience
- High attention to detail
- Ability to demonstrate critical thinking skills
- Strong skills and attributes to be able to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Previous sales and marketing experience
- Confident, resourceful and a positive approach
- Demonstrated effective time management skills and the ability to prioritise workload
- A practical approach to problem solving and working under pressure
- Ability to work in a fast pace environment
- Previous administrative experience
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work with and under the direction of the Allocations Manager
- Demonstrated ability to show initiative

- Previous bachelor qualifications in a healthcare related field, administration, sales or business with a major in marketing
