Stock Controller / Registration Clerk

An exciting opening is now available for an Automotive Stock Controller / Registration Clerkto join the team. This is an opportunity to be a part of an experienced and supportive team who have a passion for selling cars and providing exceptional service to our customers. We are looking for a friendly person to come join our team and will pay a competitive wage in the market.
 

Responsibilities will include:

• Sourcing vehicles from dealers where required in a prompt manner.
• Manage and update internal systems to coordinate deliveries.
• Assist in coordinating activities to ensure vehicles are delivered in a timely manner.
• Costing and processing deals for all vehicles
• Complete all used/new vehicle licensing.
• Proactive communication with internal departments to plan job completion.
• Bringing cars into stock and maintaining stock lists.
• Booking for transport and raising purchase orders for vehicle reconditioning. 
• Communication with the sales team members in relation to vehicle preparation and delivery
• Intaking of all vehicles from the manufacturer. 
• Assisting with the registration of all vehicles and ensuring compliance 

Our ideal candidate will possess: 

• Previous vehicle stock control and registration experience will be highly regarded.
• The ability to obtain a National Police Check clearance is essential. 
• Experience with Registrations will be highly regarded. 
• Experience with Pentana ERA computer system is advantaegous, but not essential.
• General administration knowledge is essential with a high level of attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and phone manner.
• Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Enthusiastic team player with the ability to work independently and show initiative.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask. 
• Current drivers licence.
