We have partnered together with the nationally recognised and newly branded Terry White Chemmart, our store is open 7 days from 8am to 10pm which gives our customers greater access to the healthcare services and products they need.
About the role
As a Stock Controller you will support the business in ensuring we have the right stock,at the right time in the right amount to optimise our operations and ensure excellent customer service. We are seeking an organised, superstar with an understanding of best practise stock control processes to ensure we are providing the best solutions to our customers.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Merchandise the company's product range in store using Terry White Chemmart Planograms
- Create point of sale displays, ensuring the product is well stocked and maintained
- Checking stock levels for store
- Ordering stock & Following Up
- Liaison with sales reps
- Bringing stock into shop floor from store, unpacking and displaying
- Some manual handling and lifting of stock, shelving and boxes required
- Cleaning display area and checking stock quality
- Customer service
- Manage negative stock reports
- Perform rolling stock takes
- Administrative tasks
Roster Available:
Min 30 hours per week across 5 days.
Monday - Friday. Negotiable for the right applicant.
Flexibility to work occasional weekends and cover annual leave as part of our one team mentality are key.
The following skills and experience will be required:
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Previous retail & merchandising knowledge
- Pharmacy experience desirable
- S2/S3 certificate desirable
- Flexibility to assist across the team
- Can do attitude
- Previous stock control experience
