Support Stock Control /Registrations | Automotive

City Ford Alexandria, part of Motus Australia, is looking for an Admin Assistant to assist the Stock Control and registration departments. 

The Role: The Admin Assistant will be an integral member of our team, responsible for assisting the Stock Controller in:

• Preparing RO’s for the pre-delivery process
• Organising logistics
• Maintaining vehicle arrival times

With a view to learn more aspects of the role on the job.

They will be assisting the New and Used Registration Clerk during peak times thru out the month & holiday coverage.

This role demands precision, attention to detail, great communication & problem solving skills. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Learn all aspects of supporting the New Car Stock Control department.
• Creating and maintaining new and used vehicle stock records within DMS.
• Preparing RO’s for the pre-delivery process, coordinating with Sales & Pre-Delivery departments to help with a seamless and time efficient process.
• Negotiate with suppliers and transport companies to ensure timely delivery of vehicles.
• Maintain detailed records of vehicle movements using inventory management systems.
• Manage the registration process for new and used vehicles, ensuring all legal and procedural requirements are met efficiently.

About You:

• Exceptional organisational and planning skills, with the capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members across different departments.
• Knowledge of Era Power and Excel would be an advantage but training will be provided. 
• A detail-oriented approach with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
• Proven experience in vehicle registrations would prove advantageous.
• Current Polic Check.
• Current Driver's Licence.
