About YOU
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Store Manager in this beautiful boutique in Norwood. The ideal candidate will have a passion for styling, delivering exceptional customer service, and a lead-by-example management style.
Do you have a consultative sales approach and love spending time with your customers building a relationship and knowing that you are making an impact? We are searching for a leader in their field who will go the extra mile for the customer, comes with a can-do attitude and has a genuine love for all things retail and fashion.
Skills and Qualifications
- Previous Retail Management experience in fashion is essential
- High-level customer service skills and passion for a consultative environment
- A flare for personal and store presentation standards
- Strong interpersonal skills to motivate and lead a team to reach their potential
- Excellent base salary + in store incentives
