About the role
Get excited … we're opening a NEW Coles Local store and we're looking for an experienced retail administrator to join us in taking on the responsibility of opening a brand new store.
Coles Local is a new concept in the Coles fleet - we're for the love of food! With several Coles Local's across Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane. We'll bring something new to shopping and inspire our customers with beautiful produce matched with a sense of community. Coles Local stores have become an amazing destination for Aussie grown fresh produce and great quality Australian products - many of them local favourites!

About you and your skills

• Experience with payroll, award interpretation and general cash office duties
• To provide administrative support to the store
• To ensure efficient processes are followed and align with policy and legislation
• To always look to simplify processes and meet audit and compliance standards
• To be customer obsessed and continually seek to better understand our diverse customers
