A successful and growing accounting firm focusing on accounting/tax, business advisory and strategy planning is seeking an experienced Receptionist/Office Administrator to join the young and dynamic team.
The applicant should be articulate, self-autonomous, and capable of proactively servicing clients and staff.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming calls and queries
- Meeting and greeting clients
- Mailing and CBD delivery
- Meeting room set up, keep office clean and tidy
- Scanning, archiving, and file management
- Composing and answering email
- Liaising with clients to gather documents or information
- Office daily management
- Corresponding with the ATO and other regulatory bodies on behalf of clients and the practice
- Other clerical duties and general support
Essential Skills & Experience
- Have 2 years experience in a similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Customer service experience
- Intermediate Microsoft Office – Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Have a great attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritise daily workload
- Ability to work independently
- Professionally presented at all times
- Comfortable to work with multilingual clients and staff
Preferred Skills
- Experience in accounting or professional services firm
