Job description

A successful and growing accounting firm focusing on accounting/tax, business advisory and strategy planning is seeking an experienced Receptionist/Office Administrator to join the young and dynamic team. 

The applicant should be articulate, self-autonomous, and capable of proactively servicing clients and staff.

Duties & Responsibilities: 

  • Manage incoming calls and queries
  • Meeting and greeting clients
  • Mailing and CBD delivery
  • Meeting room set up, keep office clean and tidy
  • Scanning, archiving, and file management
  • Composing and answering email
  • Liaising with clients to gather documents or information
  • Office daily management
  • Corresponding with the ATO and other regulatory bodies on behalf of clients and the practice
  • Other clerical duties and general support

Essential Skills & Experience 

  • Have 2 years experience in a similar role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Customer service experience
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office – Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Have a great attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise daily workload
  • Ability to work independently
  • Professionally presented at all times
  • Comfortable to work with multilingual clients and staff

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in accounting or professional services firm
