We are a dynamic and expanding Plumbing business based in Peakhurst NSW. Our close-knit team of 8 Plumbers and Professionals are looking to welcome an Office Administrator into our family-friendly environment. This position operates Monday to Friday, from 8:30AM to 4:30PM, and is perfect for someone with a proactive mindset looking to make a significant impact in a growing company.
Your Role:
As an Office Administrator, you will play a crucial role in the smooth operation of our business. Your responsibilities will include:
- Scheduling and closing off jobs efficiently.
- Communicating effectively with tenants, supervisors, and the team.
- Handling phone call inquiries and managing office maintenance.
- Utilising our CRM system ‘Work Buddy’ for job management, with training provided on-site.
- Being proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
- Exhibiting a proactive mindset, managing diaries, responding to emails, and managing phone calls.
- Experience in the Plumbing industry will be highly regarded.
What we are looking for:
- You thrive in roles that require autonomy in a stand-alone environment.
- You're proactive, organised, and possess excellent communication skills.
- You're proficient in Microsoft Office and are open to learning new software.
- Previous experience in the Plumbing industry is a plus, but not essential.
