The Shire of Manjimup seeks an experienced and self-motivated person to operate the store based at the Manjimup depot. This role is responsible for:
- Purchasing tools, equipment, fuel, other materials, and minor plant.
- Keeping an inventory of incoming and outgoing materials and goods and undertaking monthly and annual stocktakes.
- Proactively ensuring minimum adequate stock levels are maintained.
The Person
To be successful in this role you will need:
- Demonstrated experience working in a stores position
- Previous experience with computer software used to record inventory.
- Have excellent record keeping skills
- The ability to work through records to identify the source of errors or variations
Qualifications / Clearances
- Current C class driving licence.
