About the role – 

This is a maternity leave contract of between 6 and 12 months with the possibility of extension.

We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated candidate to join our Team

As a Strata Insurance Assistant your duties will include assisting the Account Executive with:

• Negotiating renewals with insurers
• Claims management
• Providing advice to and liaising with Body Corporate Committee members
• Negotiating with Insurers
• Coordinating & arranging quotes
• Data entry, etc

About You – 

To be the successful candidate for this busy role, you must demonstrate the following skill set:

• Practical knowledge of and previous experience in Strata and/or Property Insurance will be highly regarded
• Claims experience highly regarded 
• Ability to be able to communicate effectively with owners, real estate agents, contractors, and insurers
• Professional presentation
• Exceptional customer service
• Excellent attention to detail
• An ability to think 'outside the box' and problem solve.
