- Management of well managed schemes - small to medium
- Mixed Use schemes

- Previous experience as a Strata manager or SNR Assistant looking to step up into portfolio
- Strong people and customer service skills
- Can-do positive attitude enjoys working as part of a team
- Demonstrated time management ability
