This is a permanent full-time position, based at our Jolimont office (with flexible working arrangements).
What you'll be doing:
At Strata Town, we owe our future success to the efficiency of our organisational processes and to the responsive, friendly nature of our team. As a Senior Strata Manager, you’ll be connecting with owners of strata complexes in the Greater Perth region, as well as related industry connections. To help with our ongoing growth, we're seeking a highly process-oriented, customer focused individual who:
- Gets things done quickly and maintains a high standard – Efficiently address and resolve allocated tasks in a timely manner, while advising on all aspects of Strata Management.
- Is great at finding solutions - Resolve support requests within our 'Town Square' platform and proactively address potential issues within your diverse portfolio of strata schemes.
- Is highly tech Savvy - Retrieve general information from various platforms, including accounting software to address client requests.
- Has a passion for people – Develop and maintain strong, effective relationships both externally and internally.
- Loves getting creative - Help with the constant evolution of our proprietary Town Square platform and related business processes.
What you'll bring:
