Form of workOur client, who is an award-winning, full-service property agency based in Perth CBD is seeking an experienced Strata Trust Accounts Manager, to provide assistance to their Senior Trust Accountant while focusing specifically on their Strata and Commercial division.
ABOUT THE ROLE
- Responsible for all Strata Trusts and some commercial trust accounting
- Responsible for daily receipting and bank reconciliation
- Issue monthly and quarterly levy invoices
- Prepare daily banking and mail
- Generate EOM reports for Licensee
- Process payment runs for creditors
- Process and send invoices and recovery invoices
- Assist with End of Month and End of Year Processing
- Any ad-hoc responsibilities as required
IDEAL CANDIDATE
- Must have Strata Trust Accounts Experience
- Must have Strata Experience
- Experience using Xero, StrataMaster, Cirrus8
- Excellent communication skills along with the ability to multi-task
- The ability to hit the ground running
