As we continue our growth, we are seeking someone with property/strata management experience and advanced administrative skills to be first point of contact for our company and providing support to our strata management team and trained to be future Strata Manager.
Key duties and responsibilities
- Assisting and providing support to the Strata Manager with a strata portfolio.
- Handling call, email and walk up enquiries.
- Liaising with owners via phone, emails.
- Organizing repairs and maintenance as instructed.
- Draft letter & e-mail circulars to owners.
- Prepare Budget and assist meetings.
- Other duties under manager’s instruction.
Qualifications and Experience
- At least 1 year strata/ property industry experience.
- Certificate of registration.
- Solid computer skills, and ability to learn new strata system.
- Professional telephone manners and skills.
- Strong & efficient written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, multi-task, and fast paced environment.
- Attention to details.
- Willingness to learn and be a team player.
