About the Role
As Strata Manager, your focus will be on building and maintaining robust relationships with owners and key stakeholders. Supported by Neighbourly's specialist, centlalised teams and mentored by our strata experts, you will continuously build on your strata knowledge and skills to ensure excellent and proactive management of your portfolio. You will be required to:
- Confidently interpret and comply with legislation
- Provide technical strata expertise to clients
- Dispute resolution and contract management
- Co-ordinate building repairs & quotes
- Manage capital works projects
- Collaborate on budgeting & financial reporting
- Chairing owners and committee meetings and preparing documentation
- Running virtual and onsite meetings, periodic site inspections
About you
- 2+ years strata management experience
- Relationship builder and loved by your customers
- Energetic, enthusiastic, with a can-do attitude
- A problem solver
- Attentive to details
- Well-presented and professional
- An excellent communicator, both verbal and written
- A team player with a friendly co-operative nature
- Empathetic, with a natural desire to want to help people
- Tech savvy, with a knowledge of Microsoft Office preferred
- Looking to progress your strata skills and knowledge
