THE ROLE:
- Managing a portfolio of residential and commercial buildings, which may include layered schemes & BMS
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Manage correspondence via phone and written communications
- Preparation and distribution of budgets, agendas and minutes
- Attending meetings, both committee and general
- Ensure your portfolio remains compliant with compliance related matters such as WH&S, Fire Safety and other relevant legislative requirement
- Assisting with the training and development of junior staff, including mentoring your own assistant

The successful candidate will:
- Have a minimum of 3 years prior experience as a Strata Manager
- Experience with BMS and layered schemes
- Be conversant in strata legislation - BCCM, BUGTA
- Have strong customer service skills, including dispute resolution abilities
- Possess high attention to detail and exceptional time management skills
- Experience in StrataMax is highly desirable but not essential
