THE ROLE:
- Supporting the Strata Community Manager in daily portfolio management.
- Assisting clients, including owners, onsite caretakers, and committee members.
- Using a cloud-based platform for document preparation (agendas, minutes) before and after meetings.
- Managing a high volume of client interactions via emails and phone calls.
- Distributing correspondence efficiently.
- Attending meetings as necessary.
- Coordinating quote requests and work orders for maintenance and compliance.
- Maintaining extensive electronic records filing.
- Engaging in internal and industry educational programs.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous experience in either Strata or Property Industry
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- High level of communication
- Team Player
