Strata Manager/Strata Managers Assistant

Bay Strata P/L Rockdale is seeking a strata manager and or a strata manager's assistant  to join the team in managing a medium sized portfolio. It is essential for the applicant to have a licence or certificate of registration as a strata Managers Assistant.

Additional training is provided and an ongoing support network is associated with the Role to attend to the following tasks such as:-

• Budgeting
• Prepare Notice and conduct Meetings.
• Preparing and Processing the minutes of all Meetings.
• Arranging and coordinating repairs and maintenance and their follow ups.
• Attending to Breach of By-laws and issuing relevant breach letters/notices.
• confirming and authorising payments

The successful applicant will enjoy a good salary package in addition to great working conditions. Salary will be dependent on the experience and qualifications off the applicant.
