About the Role
The Kenon Corporation is looking for a talented and passionate Project Administrator to join the team to overlook the sustainable agriculture programs; new regional mushroom growing projects; and facilitate existing and developing carbon and biodiversity market opportunities.
The role will also provide advice to assist the Senior managers with practical measures to boost efficiency associated with its operations.
Success in this role will require a keen understanding of renewable energy application, strong project administration skills, the capacity to build and maintain strong relationships with both domestic and overseas suppliers, and a collaborative approach.
The role can be based at company’s regional offices, all of which offer a modern, well-equipped workplace that embraces flexible conditions, including work from home arrangements.

Duties
Developing, reviewing and negotiating variations to Logan based projects and services.
Responding to inquiries and resolving problems concerning Bundaberg based projects, services provided, and persons affected.
Managing paperwork associated with programs, projects and services provided.
Working with Director, Engineering Professionals, overseas and domestic suppliers and others to ensure that goals are met.
Advising senior management on matters requiring attention and implementing their decisions.
Overseeing work by contractors and reporting on variations to work orders.
Preparing and reviewing submissions and reports concerning new Bundaberg based projects.
Collecting and analysing data associated with energy saving projects undertaken, and reporting on project outcomes.
Minimum requirement
2 years relevant working experience as a Project Administrator or project management specialist
Bachelor degree with highly relevant study
