Why this role exists
Our Sales team is integral to the ongoing growth of the business, serving as the lynchpin between our external customers and internal stakeholders. The role exists to spearhead AC3’s efforts to help our customers solve their
business problems by leveraging AC3’s suite of products and services.
You will be responsible for orchestrating the ongoing management of AC3’s largest business relationships and services with our key customers.
Role Context
Pivotal to building our sales capability by partnering and consulting with our sales operations team and technical teams to ensure we deliver the right product and services that align with our customer's needs and business goals.
You’ll be working particularly closely with our Customers, Partners, Practices, Marketing and Product & Technology teams to provide value and a great experience to our customers. Success in this role depends on your ability to build relationships, work very well with people and deliver complete customer satisfaction.
  • Elevate AC3 in the marketplace to differentiate our products and/or services from the competition and maximise potential business opportunities
  • Develop a strong understanding of our strategic customers
  • Develop, maintain and foster healthy partnerships with key customers and vendors
  • Work with our strategic partners to elevate our profile and maximise our relationship benefits including maintaining Partner accreditations
  • Become a “trusted advisor” within assigned customer accounts to ensure an optimal level of service is provided
Essential Experience
  • 8-10 years+ successful sales experience in a complex technology sales environment, including solution sales, developing and managing an existing customer base of key accounts
  • Strong track record of exceeding allocated revenue and salestargets
  • Experience working at an ICT Service Provider selling Cloud and Managed Services to C level executives
  • Extensive experience working with Vendors in the ICT channel ecosystem.
  • Experience in the recommending and selling of specific lines of ICT products and services
