Strategic Advisor will provide assistance with the project management and provide high level advice and support for various projects.
The role will be required to provide advice on infrastructure and development related issues, as well as taking a lead role in the development of Business Cases and Cabinet submissions.
- Providing strategic advice on the delivery of key performance indicators and opportunities that may improve the performance
- Providing advice to the Development Director and wider team, including the provision of advice on land development and projects to the Board, Cabinet, Chief Executive Officer, Executives, and key government and non‑government stakeholders.
- Participating in meetings with a broad range of stakeholders, including statutory authorities and other Government agencies, private entities and community groups. This will also include attending and participating in public meetings.
- Demonstrated ability in the strategically deliver of complex land development projects, including to plan, organise and prioritise work to achieve financial and non-financial objectives key performance indicators.
- Demonstrated experience in working on a joint venture project within the land development industry.
- Demonstrated ability in identifying emerging issues and risks within projects, providing strategic direction
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate and communicate at a senior level with both a Government and Private Sector environment
