The role:

As a Strategic Client Solutions Director, you will work closely with our dynamic sales teams to support them in achieving their revenue goals. You will be expected to cultivate and sustain strong relationships with agency strategy teams, leveraging these connections to shape and guide brief direction at the top of the planning cycle. You will be responsible for managing the brief response process from start to finish and play a critical role in the orchestration of key pitches, presentations, and overarching business initiatives.

You will additionally serve as a thought leader within both the Strategic Client Solutions team and the broader oOh! business, sharing insights with a distinct point of view and facilitating valuable learning opportunities for the Strategic Client Solutions and Sales teams.

You will also:

  • Build and maintain impactful relationships in market with a specific emphasis on agency strategy and planning teams.
  • Develop the architecture for crafting comprehensive, strategically led brief responses
  • Identify proactive opportunities to propel revenue growth, demonstrating a keen eye for identifying and capitalising on market trends
  • Communicate a compelling narrative by seamlessly weaving together insights, ideas and strategies across both reactive and proactive brief work
  • Harness the power of data analytics tools, collaborating closely with our Data & Insights team to construct data-supported narratives
  • Assume a pivotal role in the presentation of responses and education initiatives to market
  • Spearhead the evolution of our pitch process, continuously enhancing our reputation for delivering market leading responses
  • Provide mentorship and support to Strategic Client Solutions managers and collaborate closely with the Strategic Client Solutions leadership team to ensure the ongoing delivery of high-quality, influential work.

You’ll join a close-knit team who are passionate about providing outstanding service and "out of the box" solutions to clients across a range of industries. .You’ll be based in our brand new North Sydney offices (including 5 star end-of-trip facilities, all across the road from the North Sydney train station).

The Experience:

The ideal candidate will bring with them a versatile background encompassing strategy, integration, marketing and/or media sales experience working with clients and/or media agencies. You will also be:

  • Skilled at building and leveraging client relationships
  • Have a robust working knowledge of key industry data tools and a comprehensive understanding of industry metrics and analytics.
  • Be a pro in PowerPoint, adept at translating ideas into visually compelling and persuasive stories
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment with enthusiasm for navigating the dynamic and ever-evolving media landscape.
  • Have a passion for the out-of-home media space, evident in your work and communication style
  • Be adept at fostering a positive and productive team environment and have a collaborative and empathetic leadership style
