As a Strategic People Manager at RAC, you'll play a pivotal role in translating our organisation's strategy into practical initiatives that drive both people and commercial business outcomes. You'll be an integral part of our both our business and People & Capability (P&C) leadership teams, collaborating closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment between strategic objectives and people-related initiatives. This role will suit someone who has demonstrated experience partnering with senior leaders to influence outcomes and challenge thinking.
What will you be doing?
Co-create and implement the people plans to support business transformation, delivery and growth
Represent the voice of the business within P&C and the voice of P&C within the business
Promote Strategic People solutions and initiatives as well as provide Strategic People advice to senior leaders
Influence senior stakeholders on organisational design and advise on workforce implications and organisational design
Collaborate across P&C to drive the delivery of the RAC People Strategy
Analyse function-specific people data and ensure alignment with member and employee experiences.
What are we looking for in you?
Significant Business Partnering experience with experience supporting executive leaders
Experience driving key projects such as organisational design, organisational effectiveness, strategic planning and change management
Strong business and commercial acumen with strategic leadership and forward-thinking approach
Experience as a change agent with proven experience of initiating, implementing and leading successful change, in partnership with all stakeholders
Exceptional collaboration skills, data-driven decision-making, and demonstrated problem-solving abilities
Tertiary qualified in HR, IR, Org Psych, Business, or similar
Relevant industry memberships/certifications desirable (e.g., AHRI).
