Strategic Project Officer - Development ContributionsPermanentSalary up to $123,189.06 per annum plus. (Salary package will be assessed based on skills, experience and qualifications). Ideally, we are seeking a person to fill this position on a full-time basis. Learn more about us here.We are looking for a team member with a strong Development Contributions focus to join our Land Use Planning team.You will be working in a small team that is responsible for preparing, monitoring and reviewing Council's Development Contribution Plans and Planning Agreements. You will also be assessing development contribution referrals, issuing invoices for payment and providing input into Council's Infrastructure Delivery Program. The provision of community infrastructure in the West Dapto Release Area and other parts of the City is a key focus area. In this role you need great attention to detail, high-level communication and problem-solving skills.
