The Purpose:
To identify, build and nurture partnerships and business opportunities that drive brand awareness, growth, and revenue for the company. Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, being travel agents, airlines, and other travel service providers.
About the role and responsibility:
Build and maintain relationships with existing agents while actively seeking new opportunities to expand with independent agents and consortiums.
Develop and implement sales strategies along with analysing market trends and competitor activities.
Collaborating with internal team members, such as marketing to ensure seamless delivery of material and promotions to agents.
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows and conferences to promote brand awareness.
Make recommendations to travel agents on how to execute promotional material and market to their clients.
Plan and implement a territory plan to service your agent's needs and maintain open communication channels.
Skills
7 to 10 years of experience in a similar role with Airlines, Cruise liners or Travel Wholesale
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
Proven ability to expand the company’s network by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
Initiative and drive to pursue new opportunities and drive innovation within the company.
Ability to work autonomously and from home.
Current driving license.
