• Perhaps a Senior Business Analyst or HCD person who has good technical skills and can see where the industry is going with intranets.
• MUST have Human Centre Design.

Role Outline

• Initial 6-month contract with potential extensions
• Located in the heart of Sydney's creative and innovation and technology precinct
• Flexible work arrangements
• Person needs demonstrated Hands-on experience in developing roadmaps/strategies in digital technologies
• They need to have a good understanding of Human Centre Design as this will be key
• Experience in designing systems for a seamless staff experience Understand cyber and accessibility needs of digital systems
• Can discuss where a digitak ecosystem is going in regard to intranets

Further information

• Analyze current intranet infrastructure, considering its compatibility with emerging technologies like ServiceNow and Workday ERP.
• Assess content migration feasibility from intranet to ServiceNow or Workday, ensuring seamless integration and accessibility.
• Evaluate staff experience ecosystem, aiming to enhance usability and functionality of the intranet platform.
• Develop a comprehensive strategy encompassing business, governance, technological, and ownership aspects of intranet redesign.
• Conduct stakeholder consultations to gather insights and requirements for intranet redesign and future-proofing.
• Research best practices in intranet design and implementation to inform strategic decision-making.
• Formulate collaboration strategy for internal and external stakeholders, addressing diverse communication needs across locations.
• Identify technological solutions for collaboration, considering data privacy, cyber security, and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with IT and security teams to ensure alignment with organizational policies and standards.
• Continuously monitor and adapt strategies to evolving technological and organizational needs, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.

• Proficient in writing comprehensive strategy documents, demonstrating clarity, coherence, and strategic insight.
• Ability to work autonomously and drive the strategy forward, exhibiting initiative and leadership qualities.
• Experience in engaging with and presenting to senior executives and Heads of departments, possessing strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in all aspects of strategy development and presentation.
• Superior presentation and communication skills, capable of articulating complex ideas effectively to diverse audiences.
• Familiarity with technology ecosystems, with a focus on human-Centered Design principles to enhance staff experience.
• Thorough understanding of cyber security and data privacy regulations, ensuring compliance and safeguarding sensitive information.
• Knowledgeable about governance frameworks relevant to intranet and collaboration systems, emphasizing accountability and risk management.
