The Qantas Loyalty strategy team leads the design of priority strategies for Loyalty’s portfolio of businesses. The Strategy Manager is an important role within the team, responsible for working independently as well as with relevant business partners to contribute to key strategic initiatives. The successful individual will bring expertise in the commercial scoping of strategic opportunities and act as a subject matter expert on business value drivers and modelling. The Strategy Manager will have ownership of end-to-end programs of work, supporting the Senior Manager Strategy to shape business strategy, rapidly scope the viability of opportunities, provide external market context and ensure there is informed decision making. This role requires independent thought leadership, a curious mindset and confidence in ambiguity.
