We are currently seeking out Structural Engineers working across multiple disciplines. We have multiple roles on offer with varying requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Structural Engineering projects
- Conducting structural design for post-tensioned and reinforced concrete members as well as steel and timber structures
- Aliasing with clients and ensuring high-quality projects are delivered on time
- Performing design calculations independently and ensuring they meet Australian Standards
- Conduct seismic analysis
- Preparing or guiding junior engineers to prepare engineering reports
- Utilizing structural design softwares like Space Gass (preferred), Strand7 or ETABS
- Collaborating with team members and communicating effectively
- Monitoring project progress and ensuring timely delivery
- Mentor junior staff
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of Australian or New Zealand consultancy experience in structural design
- Strong knowledge of Australian Standards
- CPEng or working towards it
- Excellent technical skills and ability to perform design calculations independently
- Strong communication skills and a great team player
- Familiarity with structural design softwares
