Structural Steel & Precast Panel Detailer

Williams River Steel is a well-respected Building Company operating for over 38 years with our Head Office at Tomago and offices along the east coast.
Due to the number of projects along the east coast we are looking to recruit a full time Senior Structural Steel Detailer with Pre-cast Panel Detailing experience to join our team.
For the position you will require the following:

• Relevant CAD drafting qualification.
• 5 years relevant experience min.
• Excellent software knowledge in TEKLA
• Ability to work well with other team members
• Ability to work independently.
• Driven, and a keen eye for detail.
• Sound knowledge of Relevant Australian Standards
• Currently an Australian citizen
• Must have Structural Steel detailing experience relative to industrial commercial construction
• Knowledge of the design and construction of Industrial / Commercial buildings is essential.
• Must have Pre-cast Panel detailing experience relative to industrial commercial construction

We are looking to source a long term staff member and in turn are prepared to spend the time with them teaching them our specialised techniques.
An attractive salary package will be negotiated in line with experience and abilities.
