Structural Supervisor

We have an outstanding opportunity for experienced Structural Supervisors (FIFO OR DIDO) to join our Mackay Operations Team working in the Bowen Basin on back to back shutdowns. The role of Supervisor will see you working 4/4/4 roster and carrying out a wide range of tasks across Draglines & Wash plant activities from planning, coordinating and supervising daily activities of work crews, ensuring compliance with internal, client and legislative HSE requirements through to ensuring that the quality, production and environmental requirements of the project are met. We want you to reach your potential, we’d like to help you get there What you will bring Minimum 3 years Supervisory experience in Mining industry Strong piping and structural background is highly desirable Australian Recognised Boilermaker / Fabrication Trade Certificate Dragline and Wash plant shutdown experience is highly desirable but not essential Strong leadership and interpersonal skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal A commitment to ensuring a safe working environment Safety is at the forefront of everything we do, and we live by our promise: The safe way is the only way.
