The Student Application and Enrolment Officer role is responsible for ensuring that students register, apply and complete the enrolment process using the Student Management System in a timely manner. The role is responsible for following up students and supporting them through this process as well as providing information and support to program areas relevant to the application and enrolment process.
Skills & attributes for success in this role
• Certificate IV in Business (Administration) and/or demonstrated competence through experience
• Exceptional customer service experience
• Excellent time management, organisational skills, communication skills, and problem-solving skills
• Strong presentation skills

Salary: $66,452 to $72,236 p.a. plus Superannuation
Superannuation is paid at the current superannuation guarantee rate.
