About the opportunityThe
Student Communications Officer works in collaboration with staff in professional service units and student organisations and provides support for the delivery of
Student Communications. The
Student Communications Officer is responsible for coordinating Student News, the weekly student e-newsletter, and creates high-quality audience-driven messaging and content for a variety of communication channels.
About you- good gauge of the student audience and using strategic content to meet key objectives
- has demonstrated writing and editing skills
- excellent organisational skills to meet strict deadlines and manage competing priorities
- confidence in dealing with a broad range of stakeholders and managing relationships
- is experienced in the use of social and digital media, and content management systems
- is keen to develop their career in communications in a large organisation.
